Your weight should not be the measurement of success when your goal is really to look better, feel better, and be more confident.  You see, some folks will very likely gain weight while reducing body fat, and may objectively be, healthier.  
Google Trends shows searches last year to lose weight vs. reduce body fat is 80 to 1. 

Nobody walks around with a badge on their shirt saying how much they weigh, but they are indeed judged by how much body fat they walk around with as a telling sign of their health.

And most coaches argue that one's diet matters most, but I say that they should have never been seen as separate but as one.  A harmonious balance needs to be achieved if you want to keep your results and that starts with a workout plan that is fueled by your nutrition.

How It Started?
I don’t know your motivation, but I was the kid that used to wear baggy clothes and avoided the mirror, as I was disgusted with what was looking back

I wanted the Superhero Physique.  You know, giant pecs, a wide back, biceps that stretch sleeves, and washboard abs.
Well, I started to gain muscle in high school.  I was using a strength plan that broke my training into weekly blocks.  I was told exactly how much weight to lift, which was the biggest difference maker. 

I got big and acceled to earn a scholarship to play 1AA College football.  

I wasn't turning heads yet though, I was just big, but not lean by any stretch of the imagination.  Well, that is until I started to focus in on some specific things that I call the 20% that I'll talk about below.

So the more mitochondria you have, the more potential you have to burn fat. So I propose you focus your fat loss journey around the proper muscle building protocol that will create a demand for these energy systems which will, in the end, help you burn fat while you sleep. 
What's Wrong With The Following Workout?
Statements like, "This set should be heavy" or "80% effort" are commonly used, but with subjective instruction leading the majority of training plans, it's no wonder why so many get frustrated and just quit.  

You see these plans leave too much guess work and force the individual the responsibility to interpret the plan rather than telling them exactly how much they should be lifting. 
  The Muscle Building Workout Routine:  Lower Body B
    1.  Squats. 3 Sets of 6-8 Reps. 2-3 minutes rest between sets.
    2. Split Squats. 3 sets of 8-10 Reps. 1-2 minutes rest between sets.
    3. Lying Leg Curls. 3 Sets of 10-12 Reps. 1-2 minutes rest between sets.
    4. Seated Calf Raises. 4 sets of 10-15 resps...
    5. Abs. x sets of 8-15 reps.

Reduce Body Fat : Starter Block
